Return & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any design you have ordered.

• You may exchange the delivered product within one week of the delivery provided the product is unused, must be packed in its original packing.
• You will be requested to dispatch the parcel to our office address (will be provided). Courier option shall be used to exchange the products.
• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).   
• Kindly note that Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. This procedure may take 2-3 working days.
• Additional Rs.200/- will be charged as courier charges.  
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• Pairs purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.

Send parcel back to our office (address will be provided).

•  Once we receive the product with original packing and confirmed that the product is unused, we will refund your amount through Jazz Cash or Bank transfer.
• Kindly note this procedure may take 2-3 working days.
